In this workshop, we will cover the e-commerce marketing system that every online store should implement in order to achieve steady growth by focusing on new customer retention, average order values, and customer purchase frequency. We’ll go through common apps and software that are typically used to achieve these goals and systems, as well as ways to be able to bootstrap for new startups or shops.
There are three ways to grow your ecommerce business; get more customers, get customers to spend more and get customers to spend more frequently. In this workshop, we’ll cover the eight stages that turns prospects into buyers and buyers into brand advocates and the different marketing strategies that can be implemented in each stage to drive leads and repeat sales.
