Fresh is a solutions-based Advertising and Marketing agency on the lookout for a vibrant Account Manager.
Previous marketing and advertising experience is a must.
Key performance areas:
Client relationship management
Ensure a seamless interface between client and agency, and continuously build and nurture the partnership. It includes day-to-day client interactions for the approval and revert of creative material.
Development of integrated communication plans
Coordinate the development and implementation of the client’s integrated communications plans to ensure that the strategy remains on-brand, delivering on the set objectives, within budgets and on time.
Project management
Managing the adverting project through the various stages: from writing briefs, strategy development, co-ordination of creative development, engaging with suppliers & partner agencies, to financial management and ensuring deadlines and all deliverables are met.
New business development
The acquisition of new accounts for the agency to ensure a future income stream and secure a pipeline of work that will sustain the longevity of the agency.
Minimum requirements:
- Qualification in marketing and advertising
- Five years of relevant professional experience in BTB and BTC
- An understanding of communication strategies
- High level of planning, organizational and project management skills
- Experience in developing and driving social media strategy
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Positive, innovative and energetic problem-solving attitude
- Deadline driven with attention to detail and a focus on quality
