CHICAGO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–MATTER, the premier healthcare incubator and innovation hub, today launched a new program to strengthen small healthcare businesses in Chicago’s West Side and South Side communities by connecting them to digital-forward customers.
Connecting with customers and competing for their attention is becoming more and more challenging. With funding from the U.S. Economic Development Administration (EDA), MATTER will offer three complimentary marketing workshops and additional resources to up to fifty healthcare organizations on the West Side and South Side of Chicago to help them connect to digital-forward customers.
“MATTER has helped more than 700 entrepreneurial healthcare businesses from Chicago and around the world launch and grow, and we are delighted to be able to help local small businesses connect to today’s customers,” said Steven Collens, CEO of MATTER.
Knowing how to create branding and marketing strategies is key to conveying the value and expanding the reach of an organization. Taught by leading marketing experts, the three workshops will equip small business owners with the framework to deliver their message, leverage multiple tactics to connect with their customers and cultivate their brand identity across all digital platforms.
